Matt Simmons is an investment banker and CEO of Houston Based firm Simmons and Company International. He was also a member of Dick Cheney's energy task force in the late 1990s. He has also authored a best seller book titled Twilight in the desert: The Coming Saudi Oil Shock and The World Economy
